Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy
Binsion.com N Clex -RN Preparation
STUDENT ACCOUNT ACCESS
Student account access is only intended for a single user who purchases the account access. User shall keep the login credentials confidential and secure and do not share to anyone. User can reset password using their registered email.
Online access ends when subscription ends. ie. If you have purchased online access/ subscription for 30 days you cannot practice after 30 days. Subscription will automatically expire in 30 days of purchase. Similarly, if you have purchased online access/subscription for 90 days it will expire in 90 days of purchase.
STANDARD PAYMENT PLAN
A non-refundable registration fee of $20.00 is due and payable at the time of online registration. The purchase price shall be charged to the credit card associated with the student’s account.
REFUNDS POLICY
Student must request refund within 7 days of purchase if they are not happy with our service. We will deduct a $20 administration fee and refund the balance within 21 business days of refund request is processed.
Binsion Guarantee
We guarantee that a student’s first NCLEX® attempt will be successful if the student has completed the Binsion.com NCLEX® preparation course at least for 6 months and attempts the NCLEX® within 6 months of graduation from a U.S. or Canadian accredited school of nursing.
If such student is unsuccessful, Binsion.com will provide, at the student’s choice, either:
Free subscription until student passes NCLEX RN exam provided that student should have purchased and practiced at least 6-months subscription plan.
A full refund. To receive a refund a student must meet the following criteria:
• Notify Binsion.com within 2 weeks of receiving NCLEX® failure notice.
• Candidate must have practiced our CAT exam mode and Binsion.com must have predicted in the performance page of the Binsion’s App that Candidate is ready to take NCLEX®
• Provide postmarked envelope of the NCLEX® Failure Notice & Candidate Performance Report (copy or actual).
• Provide copy of ATT.
This policy will be strictly enforced. Binsion.com reserves the right to amend or change any policy at our sole discretion.
RIGHT TO CANCEL SERVICE OR CLOSE ACCOUNT
Binsion.com reserve right to close the account or cancel service at any time. If we cancel service due to suspected fraud, we will not issue any refunds.
TERMINATION:
• Binsion.com may terminate or modify any Binsion.com platform, member program, product or service at any time without notice.
• Binsion.com may terminate or suspend your access or delete any of your user content, and restrict your use of all or any part of the Platform at any time and for any reason, without any liability to Binsion.com, subject to applicable law.
• You understand and agree that some of your user content, particularly that which is displayed in an activity feed or in other public places on the Platform, may continue to appear publicly even after your access is terminated.
• These terms remain in effect even after your access is terminated or you have stopped using the Binsion.com platform.
USE OF SOFTWARE:
• Binsion.com may make certain software or applications available to you. If you download software or use any web tools or applications, the software, including all files and images contained in or generated by the software, and accompanying data (collectively, “Software”) are deemed to be licensed to you by Binsion.com, for your personal, non-commercial, home use only.
• Binsion.com does not transfer either the title or the intellectual property rights to the Software, and Binsion.com retains full and complete title to the Software as well as all intellectual property rights therein. You may not sell, redistribute, or reproduce the Software, nor may you decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise convert the Software to a human-perceivable form.
• All trademarks and logos associated with such Software are owned by Binsion.com or its licensors and you may not copy or use them in any manner.
MEDICAL INFORMATION DISCLAIMER:
• Products and content produced, published or sold on the Platform or by Binsion.com including but not limited to Binsion.com, blogs, tutoring sessions, podcasts, courses, videos, cheat sheets, Scrub cheats, books, other print and digital materials, and all other products (collectively referred to as the “Binsion.com Products”) are for entertainment and informational purposes only and should not be used to make medical diagnosis, give medical advice or prescribe medical treatment.
• Binsion.com Products are designed to provide accurate information in regard to the subject matter covered and Binsion.com uses reasonable efforts to ensure such information is accurate.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:
• Binsion.com is not liable for any damages suffered as a result of your use of the platform or the content contained on the platform. to the extent permitted by law, in no event will Binsion.com be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of business, revenue, profits, use, or data) even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
• You have sole responsibility for backup and protection of your data and your use of the platform and will not make any claim against Binsion.com or any Binsion.com affiliate in any way arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or the content.
• You will not bring any legal action against Binsion.com or its affiliates in connection with, and will hold Binsion.com and its affiliates harmless from and against, any claims based on your use of the platform.
THIRD PARTY LINKS AND INFORMATION:
• The Platform may contain links to other websites that are not operated by or related to Binsion.com. Binsion.com is not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such third-party websites, and does not investigate, monitor, or check these websites for accuracy or completeness. The inclusion of any linked website on this Website does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked website by Binsion.com.
SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES:
• Binsion.com make’s available on the Platform certain subscription services (each a “Subscription”) for its products and software. When you register for any Subscription (including Trial Subscriptions), you agree to these Terms and to additional terms applicable to your Subscription, including billing terms, credit card authorizations and content availability terms, that are specified on the registration page when you register for your Subscription. Your Subscription may not be converted, upgraded or amended to any other Subscription. Subscription payments may not be refunded, applied to another Subscription or prorated upon cancellation.
• Subscription plans that are not paid in full may be cancelled by Binsion.com. Payments will not be refunded or prorated except at the discretion of Binsion.com.
• Binsion.com may offer certain courses or course packages for a one-time payment. Cancellation of these courses will not be refunded.
• If you receive free access or trial or evaluation subscription (collectively “Trial Subscriptions”) to the Binsion.com, then you use Binsion.com in accordance with these Terms. Trial Subscriptions are permitted solely for your use to determine whether to purchase a full Subscription to Binsion.com. You may not use a Trial Subscription for any other purpose, including for competitive analysis. At the end of the trial period, the Trial Subscription will expire and you will have the option to purchase a full Subscription to Binsion.com. If you do not cancel your Trial Subscription prior to the end of the Trial Subscription you will be charged for the full Subscription as set out in these Terms and in the additional terms applicable to the full Subscription specified on the registration page when you register for your Subscription. You may not register for a Trial Subscription more than one time. You acknowledge and agree that if you register for and later cancel a Trial Subscription, any subsequent registration for a Trial Subscription shall be deemed a registration for a Subscription and you will be charged the full price of the Subscription.
• Additional limitations as to the services and content that will be made available to the Subscriber may apply.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
• Upon meeting the Qualification Requirements, Binsion.com will provide the subscriber with the Money Back Guarantee within thirty (21) business days of the subscriber meeting the Qualification Requirements.
• Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the Money Back Guarantee is issued on a one-time, per subscriber, and per Subscription basis and is valid only for subscriber’s first Subscription in BINSION.COM. Subsequent Subscriptions are not eligible for the Money Back Guarantee
